Download the form, fill it up and send us a .zip file with the filled form and a fresh photograph (Female Candidates should not send the photograph) in it. There are no conditions Bay'at-E Tabarruk, but for Bay`at-E Iraadat you must be able to read or at least understand Urdu so that you can easily follow the lectures. You also need to have listened first 20 lectures of Sayyidina Sharf ul-‘Haq wad-Deen A’hmad Ya’hya Muneeri (RA) Sb's Maktubaat-E Sadi (100 Letters) and the first lecture of Sayyidina Soofi Mu’hammad ‘Hussayn Muraadabadi (RA) Sb's Arba'een Silaasil (Forty Orders). Please provide details of all Religious courses completed (if any).

فارم ڈاؤنلوڈ کریں اور پُر کر کے تصویر کے ساتھ (خواتین تصویر نہ بھیجیں) زپ فائل کی صورت میں بھیجیں۔ بیعتِ تبرک کے لیے کوئی شرط نہیں ہے مگر بیعتِ ارادت کے لیے لازم ہے کہ اردو پڑھ سکتا/سکتی ہو یا کم از کم اردو سمجھتا/سمجھتی ضرور ہو تا کہ بیانات سمجھنے میں آسانی ہو۔ مزید یہ کہ بیعتِ ارادت کی درخواست سے پہلے مکتوبات صدی از سیدنا شرف الحق و الدّین احمد یحیٰی منیری رحمت اللّٰہ علیہ کے پہلے بیس بیانات اور اربعین سلاسل از سیدنا صوفی محمد حسین مرادآبادی رحمت اللّٰہ علیہ کا پہلا بیان سن رکھا ہو۔ اگر کوئی دینی کورس کر رکھے ہوں تو ان کی بھی تفصیل بیان کریں۔
